How we are compensated
We operate exclusively on a fee-for-service basis. Prospective clients are entitled to an initial one-hour consultation with us at no charge whatever.

We strive to always keep your interests in mind and provide you with unbiased and conflict-free advice and investment management services responsive only to your particular needs. Our compensation is solely determined by the nature and extent of the work you ask us to perform on your behalf and the degree of complexity of your particular situation. Neither the amount of investment assets that you have under our supervision nor the level of activity in your account(s) is of any consequence in determining the fees to be charged.

Except for one-time or “as needed” consulting engagements, all of our services are provided on a retainer basis. Please note that our fees do not cover any brokerage charges or transaction costs that may be imposed by other intermediaries on the purchase, sale, trade, or exchange of securities. Such charges, if any, are the responsibility of each client. We will always disclose to you the nature and amount of such charges before executing any transaction.

We are neither employed by nor do we represent any firm or institution selling or promoting investment products. We do not receive nor do we accept any commissions, rebates, prizes, awards, or economic benefit of any kind from anyone selling or promoting investment products.
