"Investing is the art of arriving at a reasonable compromise in selecting from among conflicting choices, all of which are inherently exposed to some type of risk."

Our investment portfolios
The power of Intelligent Investing working for you
We offer four distinct types of investment portfolios, all comprising highly liquid, optionable, exchange-listed securities. We carefully construct each portfolio to meet a client's specific investment needs at the lowest possible level of risk. We mitigate portfolio risk through diversification and the judicious use of put and call options.
Minimum account size
Access to our advisory and portfolio management services requires a minimum of $500,000 in investment assets.
Capital preservation portfolio
Intended for clients whose short- to medium-term needs (generally 1 to 3 years) are preservation of capital, liquidity and a modest amount of income in excess of what’s generally available from money market funds, savings accounts, CDs, or Treasury bills. The portfolio aims to keep pace with inflation. Its reference benchmark is the Bloomberg Aggregate Bond Index.
The portfolio building blocks are Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) that closely track bond and preferred stock indices. A very limited number of high-grade individual bonds and preferred stocks may be added depending on their price, duration, maturity, and availability.
Real estate income portfolio
Intended for clients who seek a moderately higher and consistent stream of income over an investment horizon longer than 3 years, and for whom growth of capital is less of a concern.
The portfolio invests in a selection of no fewer than 15 and no more than 25 listed U.S.-based Real Estate Investment Trusts across several segments (i.e. commercial, industrial, medical, storage, retail, hospitality, housing, etc.). The portfolio's reference benchmark is the Dow Jones US Real Estate Index (DJUSRE).
Equity income portfolio
Intended for clients that seek a moderate level of income as well as the potential for growth of capital over an investment horizon longer than 3 years.
The portfolio invests in a concentrated selection of no fewer than 15 and no more than 25 high quality dividend-paying US and foreign common stocks from no fewer than 6 of the S&P industrial sectors. Its reference benchmark is the Wisdom Tree Equity Income Index ($WTHYETR).
Intended for clients who seek growth of capital at a reasonable level of risk to meet their longer term needs (more than 3 years) and for whom income is less of a concern. The building blocks of the portfolio are ETFs that closely track the indices of their respective industrial sectors, commodities, and foreign currencies. Should an opportunity arise and conditions warrant it, a very limited number of high quality individual stocks may occasionally be added.
The portfolio's reference benchmark is the MSCI All Country World Index (ACWI).
